This is a system of pre-recorded voice messages that performs the function of routing calls within the PBX.

What is it for?

The voice menu includes a greeting, which allows you to tell clients about your company even before the call reaches a specific employee. The subscriber then connects to the necessary department using the information that the client enters on the phone keyboard, using tone dialing. If the subscriber knows the extension number of the employee with whom he wants to continue the conversation, he can independently dial the extension number without waiting for the secretary's answer.

Advantages

It reduces the burden on employees and telephone lines
It increases customer loyalty
